Buying online with Tunstall Garden Buildings is simple and safe. We use industry-standard technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card details and your name and address. Prices & Delivery
All prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds. All prices include VAT, but exclude delivery & erection. Delivery normally takes up to 14 days from receipt of order. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery charges are calculated upon your location and do not include erection. For more information please click here.

You can place your order online, by telephone, fax or by post. We accept all major credit cards. To place your order by telephone, call one of our friendly staff on 01782 832166 . To fax your order, print out the completed order form and fax it to 01782 832166. Post your order to: Tunstall Garden Buildings, 160 Pinnox Street, Tunstall, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 6AD.

Cancellations and Alterations
If you wish to cancel or change your order in any way, please call us on 01782 832166 (during office hours), or email us at sales@tgbuildings.co.uk. We advise you to email us immediately, or call us between 09:00 and 10:00, to stand the best chance of catching us before your order is processed. If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number if possible. If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems. All orders are subject to a 7 day cooling off period.

We are confident that you will be happy with our service. If anything is not right, please call us on 01782 832166 during office hours, or email us at sales@tgbuildings.co.uk. If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number if possible. We will do everything we can to quickly resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction.

We take great care to ensure the information and prices on this website are accurate and current. In the unlikely event that a website error affects your order, we will contact you before we process your order to discuss the matter. If you discover any errors after we have processed your order, you are of course welcome to cancel your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
