| Workshops
Small workshops are constructed from 3'
x 2' round edge framing (eg - 8' and 10' gables). 12' gables
are constructed from 4' x 2' round edge framing. Roof purlings
are 4' x 2' and all frame work is tanalised treated.
Cladding
Norwegian redwood shiplap pressure tanalised E treated. 22mm
tanalised log tongue and groove available at an extra cost of
15%.
Doors
All doors are 6' x 5' joinery made, fitted with heavy duty galvanised
hook and band hinges. Additional doors are available for £150
per pair. Smaller personal doors are also available at an extra
cost of £59 each.
Flooring
Tanalised tongue and groove boards with 50mm x 45mm tanalised
bearers. Please note all floors are at an extra cost of 10%.
Other Options
4mm ply lining followed by a bitumen paper lining, cladded -
£1 sq ft.
Onduline roofing available in black (10% extra) or green (12%
extra). Clear roof sheets are also available for £20 per
sheet.
